Below are the details of the approximate timelines as per the items ordered piece.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All items are made to order. We try to ship items as soon as possible. Below are the general timelines with respect to item dispatch date:

• Rings : 12-15 days manufacturing time, 7-10 days shipping time
• Bracelets : 12-15 days manufacturing time, 7-10 days shipping time
• Earrings : 12-15 days manufacturing time, 7-10 days shipping time
• Necklace : 15-20 days manufacturing time, 7-10 days shipping time
• Pendants : 12-15 days manufacturing time, 7-10 days shipping time

All the items are fully insured and are sent via UPS / Fedex Express and tracking number is uploaded and shared as soon as the item gets dispatched. Shipping time may vary due to weather conditions, bank holidays, weekends, factors not under control (wars, conflicts, disasters etc.)

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We are glad you loved our products and wish to buy them.

All items are made to order. Generally as stated above it will take approx. 12-15 days to manufacture the ordered item. We try to ship items as soon as possible.

For our Indian customers, after your item has been packaged, it will be shipped and delivered free via one of the following carriers like Brinks, Sequel or Secure Logistics and tracking number is uploaded and shared as
soon as the item gets dispatched.

Note: For shipping in India, payment must be done only in Indian rupees.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges: We provide only Express Shipping ( 7-10 Days Delivery )

For orders upto $1999 : Express Shipping would be an additional $50.

For order above $2000 : Free Express Shipping

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

The local customs office of the destination country may impose customs fees, import duties, taxes, and compliance and other government agency charges to your international order. The recipient of the shipment will be responsible for all the additional charges required for customs clearance. On the arrival of your order at customs, you will either be contacted by our shipper or directly by the customs office to arrange for the payment of any charges that may be due. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

Panchoo Jewels has no control over the estimated duty and tax rates.

DELAY AT CUSTOM CLEARANCE

We are not responsible for delays due to customs, as these are unprecedented situation which may occur during the transit.

You can contact us, and we'll try to figure out how to expedite package delivery.

IF YOU DECLINE THE PARCEL AT DELIVERY

Deliveries that are refused because of unpaid duty fees are not eligible for a refund or return.

As they are prepaid orders and we have exported your item from India, We highly request you to get in touch before declining parcel at the delivery.

TRANSIT INSURANCE 

Yes, we provide transit insurance on all parcel values above 500 USD at no additional cost. All others can avail of transit insurance at an additional cost of $20.

DELIVERY LOCATION

Orders can be delivered to only Residential, Commercial Locations. The delivery of the orders cannot be done to any public places like Malls, Hotels, Restaurants, Hostels, on roads, etc.

FREE GIFT PACKING

If your purchase is intended to be a gift, we would be happy to assist in packaging it for your loved ones. The service is available on a request, You can simply mail us giving your order details.
